I was unable to put this book down. I enjoyed reading about these dragons and what it took to survive with them on the loose.When manmade creatures similar in appearance to dragons decide to rebel against captivity, they await a chance to escape. One day they find the chance. When the power goes out, one dragon named Draco, realizes his habitat door is unlocked and open. He gets out and roars to alert the others. Within a short period of time they begin hunting the humans who had held them captive.
Bio-engineered to be able to survive in all conditions and to transfer knowledge and immune enhancements to their offspring, the dragons escape the facility and wreak havoc on the world.
When survivors manage to contact each other, they decide to create a virus to kill the dragons within minutes. Will the dragons be able to survive, or will the humans manage to eliminate the dragon threat?
A must read for all sci-fi fans.
